Inspection:
Houses today suffer from a variety of conditions that can lead to unhealthy indoor air quality. Leaky pipes, inadequate ventilation, high humidity, or poor construction are a few of the most common problems discovered during the visual inspection process. Left undiagnosed, these problems can render indoor environments unfit for occupancy.
Testing:
Testing is a loaded term. All of our technicians are trained to evaluate the following: outdoor air ventilation, temperature, relative humidity, carbon monoxide, and moisture measurements and mold sampling, bacteria sampling, voc testing, particulate counts, and allergen screening. Our technicians utilize the latest sampling technology to assess your air quality. The following pages will help you choose which types of sampling best suit your needs.
Clean Up & Remediation :
If the technician discovers mold, allergens, or other conditions related to IAQ that warrant repair or cleanup we will start the process by writing a remediation protocol plan. This plan outlines step by step the protocols and or procedures that must be followed to render the environment suitable for occupancy.
Prevention:
